Founder
The Founders of Blaine Roleplay are the original members who established the server in 2018 and have retained ownership since its inception. While holding ultimate authority over the server, the Founders operate in an advisory capacity under normal circumstances, stepping in only when critical situations require their intervention—such as addressing corruption, filling management gaps, or making major strategic decisions. Their role mirrors that of the Executive Team, providing oversight and institutional knowledge while allowing day-to-day operations to be managed by active leadership.
Executive Team
The Executive Team consists of three positions (CEO, COO, CSO) filled by experienced community members who have stepped back from active operational roles. These individuals possess extensive knowledge of all server functions and serve primarily in an advisory and oversight capacity. They do not hold day-to-day operational responsibilities except in exceptional circumstances, including cases of corruption, management misconduct, or extended absences requiring senior leadership intervention.
Admin Staff
The Admin Staff team within Blaine Roleplay consists of carefully selected individuals who serve as primary enforcers of community standards and regulations. Trial Moderator Staff

Community Manager
The Business Manager serves as the primary liaison and support system for the server's business community. This role involves overseeing all active business operations, guiding new business owners through the setup process, and providing continuous support to ensure businesses deliver engaging, high-quality roleplay experiences. Event Coordinators & Social Media Representatives
These are specialized volunteer positions within the community designed to support the Community Manager's efforts in fostering engagement and maintaining the server's public presence. Event Coordinators assist in planning, organizing, and running community events, ensuring they are well-executed and contribute to an active, engaging roleplay environment. Social Media Representatives manage the server's social media accounts, creating content, promoting events, and maintaining communication with the broader community across various platforms. Department Managers within Blaine Roleplay serve as executive oversight officers responsible for monitoring and supervising all Whitelisted Departments' Chain of Command teams. In instances of Chain of Command absence, Department Managers assume interim leadership responsibilities to ensure operational continuity.
